API Requests & Usage Pricing
Byvalue helps companies find needed integrations and custom built API solutions. You can request the exact API service you require and our team will get it built for you! Requesting any API is FREE and can be done without any risk on your end!
We also offer the option to submit a “Premium API Request”. With a premium request we will commit to providing you with the API solution you need within 7 days. In the rare event that we can not provide you with the right solution within 7 days, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Our pricing is very simple, a “Basic” API Request is free, a “Premium” API request has a one time fee of $100 (inclusive of taxes).
Once you receive your API solution you will then be able to test it and sign up for a free trial to use the service. If it meets your requirements you can then add a payment method and receive an API Key to use the service as much as you’d like. If it doesn’t work out for you that’s okay, there is no obligation to use the solution you requested.
You can live test or trial any API service for free, we want to make sure it is the exact solution you need before you pay for it. After you’ve tested the API solution you can sign up for the service and receive an API Key.
The price to use an API solution is determined by the API creator. Byvalue does not add any fees to consumers who use these APIs.
Introducing Fair and Transparent Pricing for All
At Byvalue we are committed to making API solutions available and affordable for anyone. That’s why we provide a “pay per use” pricing structure for all of our partners’ solutions. Each API call to an endpoint has the same price, every time. No need to worry about overpaying or hitting a limit. You may require inconsistent usage, or perhaps can’t commit to spending a certain amount of money every month. Regardless of your usage, we make it easy and predictable to know exactly how much you spend on each service.
Please note that a single API call for many services will cost a fraction of a cent (USD). For this reason and for more convenient readability, most services are priced per 1,000 API calls. This is to make it easier to view and understand the pricing. Byvalue will count the exact number of requests you make every month and charge you for actual usage.
Infra cost per second is determined monthly and reflects the closest estimation of Byvalue’s cloud infrastructure expenses for running your service. Each invocation will be charged by the runtime in seconds times the infra cost per second.
The cost of infrastructure changes depending on the deployment settings used. Choosing a larger amount of CPU cores and Memory allocated when creating your service will incur additional infrastructure costs per second.
If you need to associate a specific cost to a specific run you can fetch the data from the metadata part of the response when using the function. We suggest to save each response for easier monitoring and budget control.
The pricing you agree to pay at the time of your connection will remain as long as you are connected to a solution. If for any reason you would like to disconnect from a solution, simply go to the service page and click the disconnect button.
If you choose to re-connect afterwards and the price for that solution has changed, you will pay according to the new price.
Byvalue sees both it’s API solution creators and the consumers of these APIs as professionals that own a business or use a business’s services.
All billing will be done monthly just like most online businesses.
Your billing cycle will begin on the day you connect to each API and you will last for approximately one month.
Charges – You will be charged monthly for all APIs you have used and for their respective infrastructure costs by the actual usage (if applies).
Withdraw – You can withdraw funds anytime, providing you have a positive balance. All revenue from your created solutions, referral royalties and rewards from solving challenges will be readily available for you to withdraw from your profile.
